  • In order to provide a true Ludeo experience and tailor our services to your interests, Ludeo collects certain types of Personal Data such as User Data which you provide while registering through a third-party authentication services like Steam, Apple & Google.

    Activity Data detailing your interactions within the Ludeo Services such as impressions & mouse clicks, and third parties data such as the Gameplay Data events of the games Ludeo is integrated with and are based on your consent to the game.

  • We will only use your Personal Data when permitted by law. Your data is used to improve and personalize your Ludeo Services, manage our relationship with you, respond to your inquiries, and for future opt-in promotional opportunities. This includes making the platform more user-friendly, delivering relevant content, and promoting interactions within the Ludeo Services.

  • Ludeo requires us to use third party vendors with trusted sources such as AWS, Coherent, MixPanel, Unity, and others to ensure our community of gamers has a proper Ludeo experience. We ensure that your data is shared securely and with your privacy in mind.

  • Ludeo implements security measures to prevent data loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.. E.g we are using AWS as our cloud provider, Mixpanel as our Analytics provider, Coherent as our SDK front provider and others.

  • We retain your Personal Data as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, considering criteria like the nature and sensitivity of the data, potential risk from unauthorized use or disclosure, legal requirements, and the duration needed for potential litigation.

  • Your data is collected when you actively sign up, contact us, and interact with our services directly or through 3rd party authentication services (Google, Apple, Steam). Finally we adhere to all proper data collection procedures as stated in external game developers and studios' EULA where Ludeo SDK is integrated.

  • Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent for data processing.
